How to Cook Buffalo Rooster Stuffed Spaghetti Squash


Buffalo Rooster Stuffed Spaghetti Squash is a delicious and healthy recipe that is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a weekend meal. Here’s how you can make it:


  • 2 medium-sized spaghetti squash
  • 1 pound ground chicken or turkey
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and pulp from the center of each half.
  3. Brush the inside of each spaghetti squash half with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the spaghetti squash halves cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the flesh is tender and easily pierced with a fork.

  9. Fill each spaghetti squash half with the chicken or turkey mixture. Top each half with shredded cheddar cheese.
  10. Return the spaghetti squash halves to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
