Chocolate Valentine’s Day Recipes You may Love | Tone It Up


Joyful (early) Valentine’s Day stunning 💗  As a result of we love you, we’re sharing three of our favourite decadent and wholesome chocolate treats. These are SO scrumptious, they usually’re all made with entire meals, pure sugars, and gluten-free, clear Tone It Up Protein.

Chocolate Protein Donuts Recipe

Makes 12 donuts (serving dimension is 1 donut)

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Tone It Up Protein
  • 1/2 cup almond meal⁣ 
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda⁣ 
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder⁣ 
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder⁣ 
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup⁣ 
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil⁣ 
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk⁣ 
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt⁣ 
  • 1/4 cup darkish chocolate chips (non-obligatory)⁣ 
  • Coconut oil spray

DIRECTIONS: 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 levels. 
2. In a bowl, mix all dry substances and stir to mix.
3. Add the moist substances and non-obligatory darkish chocolate chips to the bowl and blend till mixed. 
4. Spray donut tin with coconut oil and scoop batter into every one. 
5. Bake for quarter-hour or till a toothpick comes out clear. 
6. Select your fave of those non-obligatory toppings!

    TOPPINGS: 

    • Coconut glaze: 1 Tbsp. melted coconut oil + 2 Tbsp. natural powdered sugar 
    • Pomegranate glaze: 2 Tbsp. natural powdered sugar + 1 Tbsp. pomegranate powder + 2 Tbsp. almond milk⁣
    • Matcha glaze: 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut yogurt + 1 tsp. matcha
    • Melted peanut butter or almond butter drizzle
    • Melted darkish chocolate drizzle
    • Darkish chocolate chips
    • Cinnamon sprinkled on high 
    • Sprinkles 

     

    Chocolate Berry Muffin Recipe (aka Stud Muffins 😉)

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 1 ½ cups almond meal
    • ½ cup Vanilla Tone It Up Protein
    • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa
    • 1 tsp. baking powder
    • ¼ tsp. salt
    • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
    • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from a carton)
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
    • 1 cup chopped strawberries
    • Coconut oil spray


    DIRECTIONS:
    1. Preheat oven to 350 levels. Spray muffin tins with coconut oil spray.
    2. In a bowl, mix all dry substances and whisk.
    3. In a separate bowl, mix all moist substances (aside from the strawberries) and whisk to mix.
    4. Pour moist substances into dry and stir to mix.
    5. Gently fold within the strawberries.
    6. Pour batter into muffin tins. Bake for 25 minutes. Enable to chill earlier than consuming.


    Avocado Peanut Butter Brownie Recipe
    Makes 9 servings (serving dimension is 1 brownie)

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 2 avocados, mashed
    • 2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
    • 2 eggs
    • ½ cup maple syrup
    • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
    • ¼ cup Vanilla Tone It Up Protein
    • ½ cup oat flour or almond flour
    • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
    • ½ tsp. baking powder
    • ¼ tsp. salt
    • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    • Coconut oil spray


    DIRECTIONS:
    1. Preheat oven to 350 levels.
    2. In a bowl, mix moist substances (besides the peanut butter).
    3. In a separate bowl, mix dry substances.
    4. Combine moist substances into dry substances.
    5. Pour combination right into a baking pan sprayed with coconut oil spray.
    6. High with peanut butter, with a couple of dollops across the whole pan. Use your knife to tug peanut butter by means of the combination to create swirls.
    7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or till a toothpick comes out clear.
